On Christmas Day my best friend lost his son in an automobile accident. Luis & Maria needed my help to make arrangements. I live out of town. Had never been to this funeral home. Robert took my call on Christmas morning and from that point forward everything was handled professionally, compassionately, and with such respect for the family.
