Mildred Grey

Mildred J. Grey 88 of Aberdeen, NC formerly of Biscoe, NC died 1-4-23 at her son’s home in Aberdeen, after a short illness. She was born on 5-15-1934 to the late Lloyd Johnson and Virginia Johnson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernie Grey, infant son Ricky, infant grandson Zachery Grey, and brother Harold Johnson.
Mildred will be lovingly remembered by her son Chris Grey of Aberdeen: grandchildren Brandon Grey of Troy, Zane Grey, and Taylor Grey of Biscoe: great-granddaughter Harper Grey: sister Thelma Hussey of Biscoe: numerous beloved nieces and nephews.
There will be a private service held later.

I will miss visiting Aunt Mildred. She was always upbeat and talking about her trips with her sister or the church. She would always have us laughing. She loved her Lord and her family. Praying for the Lord Jesus to comfort all the family.

Mildred was a very kind and loving person. She loved to talk to people and was never at a lost for words. She always looked for the good in others and never had an unkind word to say about anyone. She was upbeat and optimistic. She loved to laugh and enjoyed life. She will forever hold a special place in our family’s hearts and lives. God bless you aunt Mildred, I know you are in the presence of our Heavenly Father enjoying all the splendors and beauty of that wonderful place called heaven. Enjoy your Heavenly Home. Love you.
