Frances Mae Jarman

Frances Mae Jarman, 96, passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2025.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, April 29. 2025 at Acorn Ridge Baptist Church, with the Reverend Dr. John Williamson, officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 10 AM. 

Frances was born on September 27, 1928.  Following graduation from high school, she worked in textiles for many years.  When the textile mill closed, she went back to school and became a Certified Nursing Assistant.  Frances helped many families with private duty nursing. Frances believed in and enjoyed working. She enjoyed the simple things in life.  Gardening was something she loved, caring for her flowers and vegetables.  She also loved animals, having many pets that she cared for. Frances was living in Beaufort, moving to Robbins in 1984.  She then became a faithful member of Acorn Ridge Baptist Church, and her Sunday School class was very important to her.  She was a daughter of the late Eliza Jarman and was preceded in death by son: Robert; brothers: John Bradshaw, Richard Bradshaw; sister: Peggy Metz. 

Frances is survived by daughter-in-law, Judith Jarman; brothers: Graham Bradshaw, Laurie Bradshaw and wife Barbara; many nieces, nephews, and friends.
