Teresa Rochelle Arafat, daughter of the late Kenneth and Alma Ellington Neuhauser, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, September 22, 2025.
Born August 25, 1955, in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, Teresa was cherished by all who knew her for her kindness, warmth, devotion to her family, and love of animals.
Teresa is survived by her son, Bradley (Gina) Austin, daughter, Cne’ Orville, her sister, Mary Ellen (Bobbie) Cox, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched.
