Oscar Mauricio Gualteros was born on May 11th, 1964 in Barranquilla, Colombia. Oscar was a loving father and an active parishioner at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He passed away on June 28th, 2026. Oscar is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Barbara, his sons; Matthew, Michael (Sarah), Daniel (Veronique), and Dominic, as well as his beautiful daughters; Mary Catherine (Kyle), Grace, Claire, Rose, and Sophia (Malachy). He also leaves five sweet grandbabies; Abigail, Lucy, Jude, Peter, and Isaac. He is survived by 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Funeral arrangements are set for July 2, 2026 at  11AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

  4. Peace, grace and blessings of God be with Oscars family during this time of loss. We loved having you as our friend Oscar and were blessed for you to part of our men’s group at Sacred Heart. We miss you already and we will never forget you. Thank you for teaching us with faith really looks like when facing cancer and all that comes with it.

  6. I’m absolutely shocked to hear of Oscar’s passing. My wife and I met him years ago when he treated both of us. He was a good dude. When we moved we still kept in touch with him and would see him and his lovely wife at the restaurant I work at. Both are simply wonderful people and Oscar will be sorely missed.
