Calvin Junior Frazier, 79, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, August 2, 2026. He was born on September 22, 1946, in Siler City, North Carolina, to the late James Calvin Frazier and Mary Hayes.
Calvin was a hardworking businessman who owned and operated a used automobile sales business. He had a special love for Ford cars and enjoyed everything about automobiles. He also loved playing softball and was a proud member of the Frazier Used Cars softball team for over 40 years, most recently playing in the Pinehurst League. In his free time, Calvin enjoyed drag racing at Rockingham Race Track and bowling, both in Siler City and at his local bowling alley.
Along with his parents, Calvin is preceded in death by his brother, Frank James Frazier.
He is survived by his loving wife, Carolyn of 62 years; his daughters, Sandy (Phil) Mondi of Pinehurst, and Cathy (Johnny) Jones of Jackson Springs. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Brandy(James) Nicholas of England; Dr. Jay (Carmen) Thomas of Southern Pines, and Lilly Stanley. Calvin is also survived by his brother, Jeff (Connie) Frazier of Siler City, and his sister, Carol (Mitchell) Hogan of Asheboro, along with many nieces and nephews.
The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.

Calvin was a great guy who helped me in the car business in the early 90s he will definitely be missed. Our prayers for the family.
Calvin’s Teammates on the Pinehurst Senior Softball Team are extremely saddened on the news of his passing and send our sincerest condolences to his Family. He was our outstanding pitcher and assisted our Manager, Tommy Holder, for many, many years, and was well known throughout the League. May his memory be a blessing.
