Johnny E. Brower, left us on Friday, April 5, 2013 to rejoin his mother and is now helping her watch over his loved ones as we continue our journey in this life.
A memorial service will be 6:00 PM Wednesday at Kennedy Funeral Home in Robbins with the Rev. Ben Hurley and Rev. Archie Stevens officiating. Following the service the family will receive friends until 8:00 PM.
Johnny passed away doing what he loved best, fishing in his boat at his favorite spot with his best friend of 18 years John T. Burton.
A native of Randolph County he was a son of the late Jimmy Ray Brower and Ester Brower. Johnny was an avid outdoorsman spending most of his life hunting, fishing and enjoying nature. He was a fieldmaster and scout and won many awards for his hard work and dedication to the Field Trial Society of America.
He is survived by: his one and only daughter Kristen Nacole Brower, her husband Curtis Mitchell Thomas and their children Kayleb and Jacob all of West End; brothers Jimmy Ray Brower of Seagrove and Greg Brower of Eagle Springs.
Kennedy Funeral Home is assisting the Brower family.

Johnny, as we knew him, was "the quietest man with the most friends".
Johnny was everyone’s great field trial friend(especially our friend)–and the most respected scout.
