Estil 'Dewey' Peak, age 80 formerly of Warren, PA and Elyria, OH passed away January 25, 2013 at Tara Plantation in Carthage, NC following a lengthy battle with Dementia/Alzheimer's.
Services will be held privately at Eureka Presbyterian Church in Carthage, NC.
He was a US Army veteran of the Korean war, retired from Ford Motor Company and was a longtime member of the Moose and Eagles Lodges.

  4. The neighborhood in the Hearts Content area of PA. hasn’t been the same since Dewey moved away.His name frequently comes up when the neighbors get together.Always a unique individual he was missed from the time he moved away. Frank and Diane

  5. Suzy I am so sorry for you loss. I have watched you the past few years take care of you mother and stepfather and respect you for that. I know countless times you left work after a 16 hour shift and went to check on them and take them resources they neede

  6. UNCLE ESTIL AKA SHADOW U CAME FROM A VERY LARGE FAMILY . PEAK COME VERY DEEP.YOUR MOTHER AND MY GRANNY HAD 11 KIDS SHE HAD 29 GRANDKIDS AND 70 GREAT GRANDKIDS WHEN U PASS IN 1998.. SO BELIEVE US AS FAMILY U R MISS.. AND TO THAT LADY THIS FAMILY IS VERY BI
