Linda Mae Hopkins, 63, died Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at Cape Fear Valley Memorial Hospital.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Burial will be at Lincoln Memory Gardens 3733 North Meridian Street Indianapolis, IN 46208
In addition to her father, Virgil Casey, she was preceded in death by her brother Charles Willaims Casey III and a granddaughter Abagail Ann Marie Hopkins..
She is survived by her husband, Clifford Hopkins of Fayetteville NC; her mother, Erleene Casey of Sullivan, Indiana; her son, Jason A. Hopkins and wife Jamie of La Porte, Indiana; and grandson, Joseph Hopkins. She is also survived by her sister, Marylin Nichols and husband Riley of Sullivan Indian as well as many nieces and nephews.

Cliff, I can’t begin to tell how sad we were to hear about Linda. Some of our best K2 rides included you and Linda. We pray God will comfort you and your family during this difficult time.
I have known and worked with Linda for many years at WAMC. She will truly be missed, she was a very smart and loving person and a good friend.

Cliff, My prayers are with you and your family. I recall some fond memories working with Linda and many late evening’s at Womack assisting Linda with loading software on CHCS.
