Colonel Earl M. Dugan

Col. Earl Manning Dugan, 86, died Wednesday March, 4, 2009 at The Inn at QuailHaven.
Born November 28, 1922 in Plainview Illinois he was a son of the late Manning and Sylvia Mae Roberts Dugan.
Colonel Dugan was retired from the United States AirForce.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church on Wednesday March 18, 2009 at 10:00 a.m.
He will be buried at Alington National Cemetery with military honors
