Linda Garner Lopez, age 64 of 120 Gilchrist Road died Tuesday (September 2, 2008) at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst.
A memorial service will be held at the residence on Sunday, September 7 at 3:00 PM.
A native of Moore County she was a daughter of the late James and Ethel Maness Garner. She was preceded in death by a brother Tony Garner.
She is survived by: her companion of 17 years Tommy Simpson; son Calvin Cotton of Carthage; daughter Trudy Cotton of Billings, MT; brother Ray Garner of Pinebluff; sisters Ophelia "Tudy" Smith of Carthage, Irma Maness of Carthage; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The family will be receiving friends at the residence.
