Pearlie Baldwin Melton, age 88, of Robbins, passed away, Saturday March 15, 2014 at Autumn Care of Biscoe.
Funeral services will be 4:00 PM Sunday, March 16, 2014 at Flint Hill Baptist Church, conducted by the Reverend William Hancock. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The body will lie in state beginning at 3:00 PM. The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall.
A native of Richmond County. Pearlie was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved to read her Bible. She will be greatly missed. Pearlie was a daughter of the late William Fred and Nannie Lee Hudson Baldwin and was preceded in death by husband of 53 years, Graham Eldridge Melton.
Pearlie is survived by sons: Fred Melton and wife Barbara, of Carthage, David Melton and wife KT, of Pinebluff, Mark Melton and wife Robin, of Robbins, 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
