Robert Howard Peace, 88 died Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at FirstHealth Hospice House, Pinehurst, NC.
Graveside service, including military honors, will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, March 29, 2014 at Pine Rest Cemetery, with the Reverend Tim Strider officiating.
Robert was a son of the late James and Hattie Brewer Peace. He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Dicksie Brown Peace.
Robert is survived by daughter: Jane Peace and Paul Schwartz, of Cary; son: John Peace and wife Beth, of Cary.
The family will receive friends from 6 - 8 PM on Friday, March 28, 2014 at Kennedy Funeral Home Robbins, NC.
Memorial may be made to FirstHealth Hospice, 150 Applecross Rd. Pinehurst, NC 28374.

I brought my parents, Charlie and Maurice Peace, when Dicksie was buried. I met you both then. That was a very long time ago, Charlie died nearly 11 years
