Laura Christine Bravata

Laura Bordwell Bravata 63, died October 7, 2014 at her home, surrounded by her family.

 

Memorial service will be 10 AM Saturday, October 11, 2014 at Powell Funeral Home, Southern Pines, NC.

 

Laura  was a native of New York.  She worked refinishing furniture for many years. She loved Yankees baseball, reading and needle point.

 

Laura was a daughter of the late Lawrence W. and Marion Goshen Bordwell.

 

Laura is survived by her husband of 40 years, Joseph; son: Sean of Aberdeen; daughter: Ashleigh Acevedo and husband Alex, of Winston Salem; sister: Carol Martin; grandson: Benjamin.
