Sheridan Anita Jackson
June 20, 1961 ~ March 9, 2022
Sheridan Anita Jackson, age 60, of Greensboro, passed away peacefully into the arms of her savior on March 9, 2022. She was born in June of 1961 in Atlantic City, NJ to Barbara Jean (nee Maness) Jackson and the late Fred Nelson Jackson.
She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in nursing and spent her life caring for others.
She is survived by her mother: Barbara Jean; daughters: Emporia Riley of Virgnia Beach, VA, and Sierra Johnson of Greensboro, NC; her son: Stephon Johnson of Greensboro, NC; sister: Tamara Jackson of High Point, NC; brother: Bryon Jackson of Pinehurst, NC; and 8 grandchildren.
Friends are invited to attend the funeral service at Galilee Baptist Church in West End, NC on March 19, 2022 at 12 PM. A visitation will be held from 10 AM -12 PM. Interment will follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park in Southern Pines, NC.
