Carrington Anthony Lipert

Carrington Anthony Lipert passed away at the FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital on November 4th, 2023, surrounded by loved ones at the age of 85.
Born, October 18, 1938, to Winona and Anthony Lipert in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He proudly served in the US Army in the Armored Division. Carrington worked for the City of West Allis in Wisconsin for more than 20 years when he retired. He then moved down to Holden Beach, NC. He loved to sketch, draw, and paint as well as taking long walks on the beach. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Peggy Lipert, and his brother Douglas Lipert.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years Carol Lipert, a brother Jerome (Donna) Lipert of Milwaukee, WI, a sister-in-law Dianne Maas of Minnesota, Son Scott (Sheree) Lipert of South Carolina, Daughter Shari (Craig) Brigman of Eagle Springs, NC, Son Shawn (Chris) Lipert of West Allis, WI, 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, eight great-great-grandchildren as well as many other family and Friends.
A celebration of life will be held in the near future.
Our prayers are with all of the family during this time of grief. May God comfort you and give you peace. Cary will be missed and remembered by all as a good friend, father, and husband.
