Clara VonCanon Bowles, age 96, of Carthage passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, January 16, 2026 while her family was with her.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday at Carthage United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Cross Hill Cemetery. The family will received friends prior to the service in the Shaw Room of Carthage United Methodist Church.
