I am sad to learn of Clayton’s death. We were in school together from first grade, rode the bus together and graduated in the Aberdeen High School class of 1961 together. Clayton was a good friend and a kind person. I last saw him at our 50th high school

I am so sorry to hear of Clayton’s passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. I worked with Clayton for 10 years and always appreciated his kindness. He will definitely be missed.
I was always fond of Clayton although I never had the chance to really interact with him after I moved away from Aberdeen after our sophomore yeas in high school. I ran into him briefly around 1967 or so when we were both serving in the Army. It was a chance encounter but one that lifted my spirits. He had that kind of presence.
