Eddie Von Chriscoe, 56, passed away at home in Robbins, NC on June 17, 2016.
He was born October 31, 1959 to parents Modie “Clifford” Chriscoe and Chloe Wallace Chriscoe. He shared one daughter, Erin Hayley Chriscoe, with his wife of many years, Lisa Purvis Chriscoe. In addition to daughter Hayley and husband Brandon Martin, he leaves behind the apples of his eye, grandsons Qua-Mek, Khalil, Reese, and granddaughter, Emma Sage; as well as sister Sharon Moore and husband Marty of Robbins, sister Gwen Dodson and husband Ernie of Hillsborough, brother Marty Chriscoe and partner David Fogleman of Wilmington, and sister Jenny Purvis and husband Jerry of Highfalls. To his nephews, Matt Moore, Zachary and Isaac Dodson, Norman, Eli and Zeb Purvis, and nieces Lizzi Garner, Mallie Clara Purvis, and Mila Moore, he was a beloved uncle.
Eddie was an avid hunter, love to garden, and was a people person. His good nature and kind heart endeared him to his family and friends. He loved spending time talking and porch sitting with family and enjoyed teaching his nephews and grandsons how to hunt.
The family will gather at the home of his parents, Clifford and Chloe, and will be at Kennedy Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00pm on Sunday, June 19.
The funeral service will be at 2:00pm on Monday, June 20, at Tabernacle United Methodist Church in Robbins officiated by the Reverend Mamie Alley.

Sorry to hear that Eddie had passed away. I first met him in the early part of the
1980s at Burlington Mills plant in Ramsuer he worked on the warp crew then.
He always was a nice fellow with a ready smile.I know that you will miss that.
