Edward Joseph Koshak, 91, died Thursday September 5th, 2013.
No services are planned.
Born April 24, 1922 in Portage, PA he was a son of the late John and Alvina Prelosnik Koshak, husband of the late Betty Houser, and was preceded in death by a daughter, Dana Barber and a son, Darr Koshak.
Mr. Koshak was a 27 year U S Army Veteran of WWII, Korea, Vietnam, and was a retired Poultry Farmer.
He is survived by one daughter, Deborah Hathaway of Foxfire Village, two sons, Dac J. Koshak and Dirk E. Koshak both of Cameron, six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Mr. Koshak was an inspiration to all that knew him. He was a great family man, Godly man, and military man. It was an honor to have known him and I thank him for his service to our country.
Mr. Koshak was my platoon leader with the Signal Company for the 10th Special Forces, Flint Kaserne, Badt Tolz, Germany, in 1964 & 1965
