Grady Lee Culler, Jr.

Grady Lee Culler, Jr. 91, passed away Saturday, March 17, 2018 at his home.
Funeral Service will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, March 22, 2018 at First Baptist Church, Southern Pines, NC., with the Reverend David Helms officiating. Burial, with Military Honors, will follow at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Southern Pines, NC. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 1:00 PM.
Grady was a native of Moore County and a graduate of Southern Pines High School. He served his country and retired from the United States Air Force. Grady then worked for and retired from the United States Post Office. He enjoyed being outdoors and fishing. He also enjoyed watching all kinds of sports. Grady’s family was most important, time spent with them, especially the grandchildren, was treasured. He was quick to offer a smile and kind word to everyone. He was a son of the late Grady Lee and Minnie Crissman Culler, Sr. He was preceded in death by grandson Lee.
Grady is survived by wife Lois, of the home; daughters: Kathy Elliott, of Southern Pines, Julia Stonehouse and husband Ken, of California; son: Gerald Culler, of South Carolina; grandchildren: Katrina, April, Crystal, Lorien; 10 great grandchildren and many friends.
Powell Funeral Home & Crematory is serving the Culler family.
