  6. Jean was a kind and generous woman who loved her family dearly. She was always in her beautiful yard caring for it and making such a beautiful home. She will be missed. Peace be with the McDonald family, Love from the Simmons family

  7. This beautiful independent strong loving caring and nourishing woman played a big part in my life. As a child and as I grew up. So very kind. Her heart and home was filled with love. One of the best cooks. She didn’t make a 3 course meal. It would be a feast of food and the desserts as well. Her tea was like no other. Her home was kept clean never a piece of dust to be seen.I remember riding in her little 5 speed car she had as a child. I knew her home phone number by heart. Always stayed busy working in the yard. I’m so thankful I was able to go and say my goodbyes. Jerry and Jimmy opened the door and treated me like family as Jean always did. She will definitely be missed. We had a lot of laughs.
She would say what in the world after crystal and I would tell her a story. Sometimes she would laugh and sometimes she would state ” I don’t know what’s gotten into you girls. I ask that we keep Jimmy and Jerry in our prayers. I’ll love you forever and ever. Truly a blessing to many people as her kindness touched many hearts.
