Kristina (Cindy) Kay Morgan Smith, 54, of 148 Cross Street in West End died Sunday September 22, 2013 at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, September 25th at Middle Cross Baptist Church, 440 Lucas Road in West End, NC with Rev. David Reynolds and Rev. Dr. Kenneth McNeil officiating. Burial will follow at West End Cemetery.
Born January 6, 1959 in Randolph County, she was a daughter of the late Medford and Joyce Morgan Allred and worked as a business administrator.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Smith of West End; step-mother, Sarah Allred of Spies; two children, Kristin and Aaron Brown both of Robbins; one grandson Elijah Baptista; three half-sisters, Cathy Armstrong of Canton, TX, Holly Dixon of Asheboro, and Sheila Ray of Seagrove; two half- brothers, Will Hutson of Easely, SC, and Tad Allred of Spies.
The family will be receiving friends on Tuesday, September 24th from 6 to 8 p.m. at Kennedy Funeral Home in Robbins.
