An old Hoffman friend prayers to his family and sister Kathy.
I always enjoyed being around LD, be it has a coworker or a friend away from work. He left me with many fond memories. So sorry to see him gone. Praying for his family and friends.
I remember how he’d make us all laugh at the annual Right of Way golf tournaments or the statewide meetings. We always had good times at those get togethers. Will be keeping Trey and the whole family in my thoughts and prayers.
He was a good friend who will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.
Sincerely,
Larry and Ann Robbins

Taking time to say thank you Mr. Caddell. Today, I still say our Div 8 Right of Way Team was then and now among the very best. May the Caddell’s Family be blessed.

LD was always ready to share a laugh. He was a part of the Golden Age of Right of Way, and my dad thought a lot of him too. So sorry for your loss. Sending prayers for comfort and peace to your family.
