Mark Richardson, 60, passed away Monday, June 3, 2019 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital, Pinehurst, NC, surrounded by his family.
Funeral service will be 3:00 pm, Friday, June 7, 2019 at Needhams Grove Independent Baptist Church, Seagrove, NC, with Reverend D.J. Harry and Reverend Arnold Comer officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mark was a native of Florida, but lived most all his life in North Carolina. Mark was licensed by the State of North Carolina in 1994 as a Heating and Cooling Professional. He served Robbins and the surrounding area faithfully as Richardson’s Heating and Cooling. He was a member of Needhams Grove Church. Mark was a loving son, husband, brother and uncle. He enjoyed time spent with his family and church family very much. He met everyone with a smile and a kind word of encouragement. Mark was a son of the late Jane Garner Richardson.
Mark is survived by his wife of 29 years Elizabeth “Libby” Comer Richardson; father: Bruce Richardson; sister: Cathy Szymanski and husband Steven; brother: Chris Richardson; sisters- in-law: Linda Chriscoe and husband Wayne, Marilyn Comer, Karen Rich and husband Ricky, Tammy Goins and husband Frankie, Emily Auman and husband Vance; and he was loved by many nieces, nephews and friends..
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Thursday, June 6, 2019 at Kennedy Funeral Home, Robbins, NC, and at other times at the home
Memorial gifts may be made to “Libby” or to Needham Grove Baptist Church Missionary Fund, 359 Needham Grove Road, Seagrove, NC 27341.
