Michael Lee Switzer

Mr. Michael Lee Switzer of Carthage passed away on Thursday, November 7, 2019, at The Greens of Pinehurst at the age of 75.
Mr. Switzer was born on September 22, 1944, in Josephine County, OR to the late Orpheus and Margaret Reynolds Switzer. Michael enjoyed tinkering in his garage and working on cars. He especially loved training and handling dogs and attending car shows.
He leaves behind his wife, Laura Switzer of Carthage; her son, Keith and his wife, Jamie of Whispering Pines, his daughter Lisa Penrod and her husband Joseph of Riverside, CA, Kimberlee Switzer of Tucson, AZ; his grandchildren, Rooke Baron, Dustin Switzer, Gabe Switzer and his wife, Summer, Brannon Penrod, Marxia Switzer, Molly Switzer, Bradon Penrod, Alex Switzer, Brycen Penrod; his great-grandchild, Rogue King.
The family will arrange services at a later time.

My Dear Laura & Family, there are so many wonderful memories of Mike to share I would need to write a book. Growing up with you Laura I remember when you met the boy who would be the Love of your life Mike. A very tall handsome boy, I so liked him right away. He called me shorty, we hung out a lot Clif Myself you & Mike. Mike I love you I know your Family adored you, I know Laura lost the lost of her life.
