Mildred Elizabeth "Beth" Myrick Whitaker, age 67 of Carthage died Saturday (October 10, 2015) at her home.
The family will receive friends at the home. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
A native of Moore County she was a daughter of the late William H. and Mildred Marley Myrick Deaton.
Beth worked as a floral designer for many years in Carthage.
She was preceded in death my her husband Harold "Tommy" Whitaker; brother Billy Myrick and a sister Pat Houser.
She is survived by: a daughter Shawn Cagle and husband Keith of Seagrove; son Jarrett Whitaker and wife Jessica of Sanford; grandchildren Austin Whitaker, Abigail Whitaker, Caitlyn Bridges, Emily Cagle and Ashlyn Cagle.
