Nancy Hicks Allen

Nancy Hicks Allen of West End went to be with her Lord on Sunday, February 23, 2020, at the age of 74.
Nancy was born in Richmond County on September 4, 1945, to the late Claude and Ruby Thomas Hicks. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her family will dearly miss the text messages at night to tell them goodnight and that she loved them dearly. Nancy's arms were always open wide to show her family that she would always be there for them. She was preceded in death by her husband, Chuck Allen; her son, Bobby Gene Allen, Sr.; 4 sisters and 3 brothers.
She is survived by her granddaughter, Ariel Allen of Carthage; her grandson, Bobby Allen, Jr. of Jackson Springs; her step-son, Johnny Allen; step-grandson, Justin Allen; one great-grandson, Levi Parker; many beloved nieces and nephews.
A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, February 29, 2020, at Crumpler Funeral Home, 40229 US 1 Hwy, Aberdeen, NC 28315 between the hours of 5:00 pm & 7:00 pm.

She was my rock. Love you auntie. When my mom passed Aunt Nancy would call and check on me. We would talk about about everything and anything. To the moon and back.
First call in the morning, Last call at night. We didn’t count the in between calls I already miss you. Prayers for Your Rhonda, grandson Buddy, grand-daughter Ariel ,and the one thing she’s most proud of her great grandson Levi!
Thank you for loving her so much. She would worry about you if you did not answer that phone. Now we have another angel in heaven.
