Tula Verlene Maness 81, died Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital, Pinehurst, NC .
Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, June 9, 2013 at Brown's Chapel Christian Church, with the Reverend Michael Parenti and Reverend James Brewer officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Ms. Maness was a native of Moore County. She worked in the textile industry for over 40 years. She loved living in the Robbins area and caring for her home, Tula enjoyed cooking, gardening and sharing those skills with others. She was a daughter of the late Dock Early and Voda Catherine Brown Maness.
Tula is survived by sister: Jean Purvis, of Robbins.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM on Saturday, June 8, 2013 at Kennedy Funeral Home in Robbins.
