On Christmas Day my best friend lost his son in an automobile accident. Luis & Maria needed my help to make arrangements. I live out of town. Had never been to this funeral home. Robert took my call on Christmas morning and from that point forward everything was handled professionally, compassionately, and with such respect for the family. I am grateful to every member of the Kennedy team. I would like to mention names...Thank you, Robert, Randy, Daniel "Danny", Beth & Mike. In the order in which I met each. God bless you for the comfort you bring each family you serve. Thank you for the patience and care you showed my friends. We will forever be grateful! It does show when you do what you love.

The loss of our father, Charles 'Tommy' McKenzie, was unexpected and a huge loss for family & friends of Carthage, NC. Robert, Ashlee & all of the staff went above & beyond the call to make this difficult time so much more manageable. It warmed our heart to have an organization that was so professional, compassionate & accommodating as they all were. Our family thanks you for all of these things.

Very compassionate, helpful, just did an outstanding job. Alisha was wonderful the day of my Mother’s funeral. My Mom looked so beautiful. Alisha provided great comfort that day. .Alisha and Ashlee were just phenomenal and sweet even when I was texting then after hours with questions. I am so pleased with both of them. My family has used Fry & Prickett for generations now, and they have done an outstanding job in everything they do. They are so helpful with any questions or concerns you have and just makes this unbearable process so much easier. They have been so compassionate every step of the way. My mother is buried here.. She died on her birthday.. The staff is always caring and kind. The grounds are always imaculate. I will be buried here someday..it's a family plot
