The loss of our father, Charles 'Tommy' McKenzie, was unexpected and a huge loss for family & friends of Carthage, NC. Robert, Ashlee & all of the staff went above & beyond the call to make this difficult time so much more manageable. It warmed our heart to have an organization that was so professional, compassionate & accommodating as they all were. Our family thanks you for all of these things.

On Christmas Day my best friend lost his son in an automobile accident. Luis & Maria needed my help to make arrangements. I live out of town. Had never been to this funeral home.
