Barry Nelson Kiser, age 59 of 120 Water Hills Lane died Monday (March 9, 2009) at Kindred Hospital in Greensboro.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday at Emmanuel Baptist Church conducted by Pastor Eugene Ussery. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
A native of Moore County he was a son of the late Irvin Kiser and Annabelle Hennings Kiser. He was a retired Poultry Farmer and served as a volunteer for the Vass Rescue Squad for over 20 years.
He is survived by: his wife of 39 years Pam Phillips Kiser; two sons Nelson Kiser of Cameron and Pallin Kiser of the home; sisters Ann Maness and husband William of Carthage, Darlene Dill and husband John of Franklinville; brother J.W. Kiser and wife Sue of Carthage; grandchildren Kayla, Cloe and Mercedes.
The family will receive friends at Emmanuel Baptist Church on Wednesday from 6:00 —8:30 PM and other times at the residence.
