Sarah Betty ? Elizabeth Richardson Fowler, 82, of Lawrenceville, Ga., passed suddenly Saturday, March 6, 2010. Born Jan. 21, 1928, in Carthage, to the late Mabra Wilson Richardson and Callie Cheek Richardson, Betty was the youngest of four children and the last surviving sibling.
Betty married L. Leon Fowler (now deceased) in 1945, and the couple moved to San Francisco, where Betty worked as an accounting clerk for Macy
