Bill Wilson

Mr. William (Bill) M. Wilson age 73 died Thursday at FirstHealth Moore Regional Mr. Wilson was a lifelong member of Community Congregational Church A Mason Hospital.
and Shriner a 1954 graduate of Oak Ridge Military Academy. He served for 25 years in the North Carolina National Guard and was retired from United Telephone Co.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday at Community Congregational Church with Dr. David Bowling officiating. Military Honors wil be held after the service. Internment will be private.
Bill was preceded in death by his mother Margaret Wilson Phipps and two brothers Clyde and Frankie Phipps.
Survivors include his wife Patsy Paris Wilson a son Greg Wilson and a daughter Kim Wilson both of Southern Pines. two sisters Alice Phipps Wolff of Calabash, N. C. and Margaret Ann Phipps of Pompano Beach, FL.
The family will receive friends from 6 To 8 P. M. Saturday at Powell Funeral Home in Southern Pines.
