Brenda Tyner Cummings age 60 of Ring Road died today (6/11/2010) at First Health Moore Regional Hospital.
A funeral service is planned for 4:00 PM on Sunday (6/13/2010) at New Home Baptist Church with the Rev. Paul McClure and the Rev. David Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
A native of Moore County she was the daughter of the late Albert R. Tyner and Jessie Pearl Speer Tyner. She had worked for Quality Mills and was currently employed by Belle Meade. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Roger Tyner.
She is survived by her husband, Larry J Cummings; a daughter, Jean Cummings and fiancAƒAC., David Gwyn; sisters, Clara Sheffield and husband Jerry of Robbins and Janet Sineath of Carthage; brothers, Floyd Tyner and wife Joyce of Carthage and Randy Tyner and wife Debbie of Carthage.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 6:00- 8:00 PM at New Home Baptist Church and at other times at the residence.
Memorials may be made to the Brenda Cummings Memorial Fund at any First Bank location.
