Carol Marsh Loving 83 of Cameron, North Carolina, passed away at her home on Monday, March 18, 2024 with her family by her side. Carol was born at home on Peach Orchard Road in Lee County, North Carolina.
A celebration of life will be held at Cameron Baptist Church at 3 pm on Sunday, March 24, 2024. The burial will follow at Crain’s Creek Cemetery in Cameron. A visitation will begin at 1:30 pm in the fellowship hall.
Carol was a loving and caring wife, mother, sister and granny. She loved her family, church and friends. Carol was a Mary Kay Sales Director for 42 years. She never met a stranger and was a friend to all.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years: James Richard Loving; her parents: Henry Calvin Marsh and Versie Venable Marsh; sister: Marie Marsh Johnson; great grandson: James Christopher Worthy.
She is survived by her children: Deborah Loving Round (Todd), James Richard Loving II, Frank Joel Loving (Patricia); grandchildren Lauren Horner Post (Chris), Jennifer Loving Faircloth (Stan), Megan Beard Worthy (Derek), Jeremy Bryant Beard (Sarah), Sarah Elizabeth Loving, Tyler Scott Loving; great grandchildren: Cameron, Hailey, Andrew, Austin, Ella, Taylor, Bryant, Jesse, Waylon and Cayson; sisters: Ruth Marsh Dix and Inez Marsh Butner; brother in law: James Wayne Johnson; along with a host of nieces and nephews.
Special thanks to FirstHealth Hospice, LaWanda, Neal, Sam, Jessica, Rachel and Jenny. Without their support and comfort this would have been a hard journey.
