Charles (Danny) Isom, III, age 59, died Wednesday (June 7, 2006) at his residence following a period of declining health.
Memorial Service were held 2:00 PM Saturday at First Presbyterian Church in Carthage conducted by Rev. Rick Martindale.
A native of Mecklenburg County he was a graduate of NC State School of Forestry; Danny was employed as a forester with Squires Timber Company.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Tyner Isom; sons Jeremy and wife Cathy Isom of Sanford and Zachary Isom of the home; mother Joyce Mayo Fisher of Hillsborough; father Charles D. Isom, Jr. and wife Emily of St. Augustine, FL; sisters Dorothy Daniel and husband Dan of Hillsborough, Isabella Linton and husband Sid of Rockingham.
The family received friends at the residence 168 Crutchfield Lane, Carthage.
