Charles Frank' Dunlap

Charles "Frank" Dunlap (Lt. Col.-Retired), 77 of Pinehurst died Tuesday (November 13, 2007) at ManorCare Health Services in Pinehurst.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
A native of Rolla, MO he was a son of the late Edward Franklin Dunlap and Etta Kofahl Dunlap. He was a retired WWII and Korean veteran of the US Army Air Corp serving 27 years active duty and civil service. He retired From the National Security Agency where he worked with the directors staff. While working with the NSA he received four Certificates of Merit. In 2005 he moved from Florida to Pinehurst. He was an avid reader, and enjoyed golfing and fishing. As long as he was able he would workout daily at the wellness center in Pinehurst.
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline C. Dunlap; daughters Joan Nortavage and husband John, Renata Mason and husband Rick; son Franklin C. Dunlap all of PA; five granddaughters.
