Clarence 'Chuck' D. Fayling
December 4, 1921 ~ November 17, 2015
Mr. C. D. "Chuck" Fayling, age 94 of Pinehurst died Tuesday, (November 17,2015) at St. Joseph of the Pines.
He is survived by his son James R. Fayling and two grandchildren.
He was born in New York City and served in the US Air Transport Command. He obtained a business degree from Michigan State University and worked in various management positions with industrial companies.
He started at Brooks and Perkins Material Handling Division in Aberdeen which was later acquired by the AAR Corporation then sold to a German competitor and know now as PowerBoss Division.
A private service will be held at Belle Meade at a later date.
Powell Funeral Home a Crematory is assisting the Fayling family.

I am so sorry to hear about Mr. Fayling’s passing. He was my boss when I worked at AAR Handling Technologies in Aberdeen, NC. he was a wonderful man and I really enjoyed working for him. My prayers and thoughts are with the family.
