Clarice Hall Walton, age 96 of Pine Acres and formerly of Pittsboro died peacefully Tuesday (March 25, 2008) at her residence.
Funeral Services will be 3:00 PM Saturday (April 5, 2008) at the Pittsboro Seventh-day Adventist Church. Entombment will follow in Chatham Memorial Park Mausoleum. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Mrs. Walton was born in Georgetown, Guyana to the late Edward Sinclair Hall and Frances Alberta Davis Hall. She was preceded in death by her husband Claude R. Walton, and was a homemaker.
She is survived by: daughters Myrtle Hensley and husband Joseph of Apopka, FL Pauline Blankenfeldt and husband Ulrich of Toronto, Canada, Cherill Berkel of Pittsboro, NC; sons Carlton Walton and wife Olga of Greenville, TN, Frank Walton and wife Antarese of Honolulu, HI, Gordon "Bonny" Walton of Clinton, MD; brother Stanley Hall of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
