Daniel “Dan” Bruton Graham, age 69, of West End, passed away on February 14, 2025.
Born in Moore County, he was the son of the late Tarrell and Shelly Ellington Graham. Dan was a fourth generation well driller who took pride in his work, making sure never to cut corners. His passion and servant’s heart was the foundation to his successful business. As a young man, growing up on his family’s farm, Dan developed a passion for riding tractors. On his days off, he loved simply riding his machinery working the land. He enjoyed making homemade ice cream on hot summer’s day, singing an occasional Chicago song for all to hear, and Shag dancing with the love of his life, Nancy. He absolutely adored his family and will forever be missed.
Dan is survived by his beloved wife of 48 years, Nancy Graham, of West End; daughters, Elizabeth Garner, and husband Aaron, of Pinehurst and Heather Marsh, and husband Kyle, of Carthage; son, Ryan Graham, of West End; sister, Macy McKenzie, and husband, Danny, of West End; grandchildren, Chandler, Jillian, Graham, Landon, Cole, and Skylar; and cousin, Jeanie Donaldson, of West End.
A celebration of life will be held in the coming months.
The care of Mr. Graham has been entrusted to Fry and Prickett Funeral Home.
