Daniel Edward. Hussey 56 , died Sunday, March 3, 2013 at his home.
Graveside Service will be 2:00 PM Wednesday March 6, 2013 at Smyrna United Methodist Church with the Reverend Tal Madison officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mr. Hussey was a native of Moore County. Daniel worked at Ithaca Industries for 25 years. He loved farming and the outdoors. He was a son of the late Coy and Virginia Callicutt Hussey and was preceded in death by his wife, Tammy Garner Hussey and daughter, Devon Vanessa Hussey.
Daniel is survived by his daughters: Shannon McDonald of Robbins, Scarlett Hussey of Thomasville; 3 grandsons, Tristan McDonald, Levi McDonald and Mason Howell; sisters Esther Williams and husband Farrell of Eagle Springs, Carolene Moore and husband Tommy of Robbins, brothers, Johnnie Mac Hussey of Robbins and Darrell Hussey and wife Louise of Robbins, he also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM on Tuesday March 5, 2013 at Kennedy Funeral Home and other times at the home of Esther Williams 131 Noah Rd. Eagle Springs, NC 27242
Kennedy Funeral Home is assisting the Hussey family.
