Don W Hulin

Don Winfred Hulin 89, passed away Friday, June 24, 2016,  at High Point Regional Hospital.

 

Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, July 2, 2016 at Brown's Chapel Christian Church Cemetery, with the Reverend Jeff Karnes. Following the service the family will receive friends in the Church fellowship hall.

 

Don  graduated from High School and  served his country in the United States Navy during World War II.  He was a photographer and studio manager of Alderman Studios.  He photographed President Nixon and family at the White House.  Don was a talented craftsman and woodworker, building his home, furniture, birdhouses and many other items for friends and family.  He enjoyed the beach and spent many special times there.

 

Don is survived by his wife, of 56 years, Vera Williams Hulin, of the home; many nieces, nephews and friends.
