Donald Gwynn, age 55 of died Sunday at his residence.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday at Carthage Church of God. The family will receive friends from 6:00 —8:00 PM Tuesday at Fry and Prickett Funeral Home.
A native of Richmond County, he was the son of the late Ralph Gwynn and Elizabeth Barton Gwynn and was employed by Erico in Aberdeen. A brother Fred Barton preceded him in death.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Presley Gwynn; daughters, Tia Gwynn Sawyer and husband, Shawn of Ohio; Lauren Presley McKenzie and husband, Tucker of Sanford and Casey Presley of Carthage; brothers Ralph Gwynn of Cameron and Andy Barton of Laurel Hill; three grandchildren, Katelyn, Tyler and Caden. He is also survived by Pan, Red, Buddy, Prince and Angel his adored dogs.
