Edna M. Smith

Edna M. Smith of Foxfire Village died Tuesday 12-2-10 Edna was born in Detroit, Michigan, the daufhter of Edward J. and Annie M. Dawson. Edna attended Northwestern High School and Business School.
After marrying Don, she worked with her husband in their restaurant. There were no children. Don was a loving husband and she will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister Henrietta A. Brown two brothers-in-law Roger A. LaCasse and William H. Brown. Survivors include her husband Don, and one sister Florence A. LaCasse
The family will receive visitors from 4:00 To 6:00 P.M. Thursday evening Dec. 9, at Powell Funeral Home in Southern Pines. Services will be held at Pinelawn Memorial Park Mausoleum, in Southern Pines, on Friday December 10, 2010 at 3:00 P.M.
