Ellen Hussey Deese, age 66 of Deese Road, Carthage went home to be with the Lord Wednesday (September 23, 2009).
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday at Emmanuel Baptist Church conducted by the Rev. Eugene Ussery. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday form 6:00 —8:00 PM at the church.
A native of Moore county she was a daughter of Elaster Hussey and the late Margie McNeill Hussey. She worked for Carthage Farm Supply for 20 years and loved her family and painting.
She is survived by: her husband Pines Jerry Deese; daughter Toni Cisneros and husband Andrew of Carthage; grandchildren Brandon and Joni Cisneros of Carthage; her father Elaster "Boob" Hussey; brother Ronald Hussey and wife Kay of Robbins, Tommy Hussey and wife Debby of Bennett.
