Esther McKenzie Bosworth, age 95 of 3676 Murdocksville Road died Sunday, January 27, 2008 at her home.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday at Culdee Presbyterian Church conducted by the Rev. Chris Bobo. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
A native of Moore County she was a daughter of the late Daniel K. and Callie Lee McKenzie. She was preceded in death by her husband Moody J. Bosworth; brothers Morris, Homer and Duncan McKenzie and a grandson Myron Bosworth, Jr.
She is survived by: daughter Janet Wicker of Fayetteville; sons David Bosworth and wife Debbie, Myron Bosworth and wife Judy, Randy Bosworth and wife Beverly all of West End, Mike Bosworth of Alexis, NC; sister Helen Wright of West End; 20 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Fry and Prickett Funeral Home in Carthage from 7:00 - 9:00 PM Tuesday and other times at the residence.
