I took a class at Frank’s range earlier this year after meeting him at a separate event and thought he was just wonderful. Such a character, we laughed and learned so much from him in that one class. What I enjoyed most was hearing him talk about his home country and time spent working as a police officer. Frank, you and your family are in my prayers. Rest easy.
Frank, I’ll miss you dearly Mein Guter Kamarade. So many nights, and days spent together in so many terrible places, and you always got us through it. I was devastated to hear of your passing. You’re gone too soon. May you rest, my friend.

HEY Frank it’s been over a year now and I think of everytime I go thru the 4 way stop that’s in place now . I always say Hey Frank when I go past it. Thanks for all your insight and help when we worked at ” The Animal Control Center ” Your laugh / seriousness was well taken . You did alot for Moore County animals than most people will ever know .
