Gary Ray Smith, Sr. 51 of 465 E. Virginia St. died Saturday, June 21, 2008 at his home.
A Graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM. Wednesday, June 25, 2008 at Waddell Memorial Chapel cemetery in Bennett, with the Rev. Wilson Harris officiating.
He was a native of Montgomery County, and was formerly employed with Perdue Co.
Surviving are: son Gary Ray Smith, Jr. of Robbins.
Daughter: Carrie Pascual Juan of Candor.
2 step-daughters Donna Delgado of Candor and Crystal Barrios of Hoffman.
Mother: Betty Brown of Robbins.
Brothers: Thomas Smith and Damon Smith both of Robbins and Garrett Brown of Seagrove.
Sister: Lucille Gattis of Robbins.
3 grandchildren.

Just wanted to say I feel very badly about Gary\’s passing. I sincerely hope he had received Jesus as his Savior. I witnessed to him many times during his \"stay\" at our facility. He was genuinely a nice guy.
