  7. Heart-Felt Sympathy and Prayers for Frankie and Family. Harold was such a friendly, kind soul. My Hersey and I used to walk our dog, Chocolate, down by the water plant to the reservoir. Harold would always come out and talk with us. (Sometimes he would be knocking some golf balls around.) Always enjoyed talking with him. May God hold each of you especially close through this difficult time.

  8. My thoughts are with the McCaskill family. Working with Harold during the 80’s with HG Strickland Co. on ice/snow detail brings back some fond memories. Wishing your family the best.

  9. We are so sorry for your loss. Our sincere sympathy to all the family. May God’s comfort and peace be upon you.
